- Standing twist: put a chair against the wall. Put our right foot on the chair, bending your knee at a 90-degree angle, keeping the other leg straight. Use your hands to help you balance against the wall. Lift your body onto the ball of your foot, slowly put your foot back down as you exhale.
- King pigeon pose: laying on the floor, put your right foot folded in front of you, while your left leg is straight behind you. Hold your torso up, to bring a stretch to the hip.
