Meet Speed and Agility Trainer Jordan Gowins, CSCS
Jordan is looking to make an impact, right here on long island where it all started. He attended St. Anthony’s High School where he won the prestigious Carl A. Hansen Award for the most outstanding football player in Suffolk County his junior year, as well as All County, All State, All Metro and Daily News Player of the Year honors. He later went on to attend both Boston College and Stony Brook University on full scholarship terms.
Following a successful collegiate career, and an eye-opening pro day, he received interested from NFL scouts. Following the draft Jordan had the option to attend the Ravens, Giants, Falcons, Packers, Vikings and Jets rookie minicamp. He attended Giants Rookie Minicamp of 2019. After being released Jordan decided to hang up his cleats and continue to embark upon his life as a sports performance specialist and trainer, which initially started as a college freshman.
It has been 6+ years of constant learning and studying of art of the Strength and Conditioning, as well as 17 years of training under and learning firsthand from some of the best sports performance and strength coaches in the world. Today, Jordan is here to apply all his hands-on and growing knowledge to those who are embarking on the same sports journey that he did. Through an in-depth understanding of strength and conditioning, coupled by recovery and injury prevention tactics, Jordan provides what any athlete on the rise needs to marry their talents with success and longevity.
