Years ago coaches used to say “You can’t teach speed”, we disagree. At Block Sports, we have developed a comprehensive sports performance program that incorporates speed and agility along with strength and conditioning to maximize sports performance in addition to an injury prevention component to keep you on the field . After an initial movement exam and strength assessment our certified strength coaches will develop a program, specific to your goals, to improve your athletic performance.
